variations in size, color & shape. Dried botanicals are fragile and semi perishable and must be handled with
care. Some merchandise is seasonal. Therefore we cannot always guarantee availability
of all colors and varieties.
We are not and will not be held responsible for problems caused by bad weather
or conditions not under our control on delivery.
COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS: Care is taken when packing and shipping your
order, so it will arrive in good condition. Our responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts, pick up your shipment from
us. When damage to a shipment has occurred, call the carrier and file a claim. Please save all original cartons &
or packing material until inspection has
been made by the carrier.
All claims and returns must be made within (5) days of receipt.
No returns accepted after (5) days of delivery.
We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking charge on returned or canceled
orders on natural wood tree trunks due to having to package and weight your
product for shipping. All returns must be pre-approved prior to return. No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization.
