Do You Sell Samples

We do not send samples. The best way would be to buy one quantity of a product and see it. You can always return it if the product doesn't work for you.  See below about our  Return Policy below.

Unfortunately we do not accept customer purchase orders. All payments need to be made before orders are filled.

What Is Your Minimum Order Amount

All products pages will have a minimum order amount for each item on each page.
Most tree branches are sold by 2 dozen minimum each order.
Example if you place an order for 1 order for a tree branch you will receive 2 dozen, 2 orders would be 4 dozen tree branches.

Can I place an order to Alaska and Hawaii?

If you want to place an order to Hawaii or Alaska. Please call your order into us.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be added to your order when you check out your shopping cart.
We Ship direct to all 48 contiguous states by FedEx Ground.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary by weight of package(s), size of boxe(s) state and zip code being sent from our zip code to your zip code and are calculated by the shipping method you choose at check out.  This is all 48 contiguous states.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and back unless in a result of our fault.

Arrival time:
Please give 2 to 9 business days from the day we ships your order. Business days are Monday - Friday.
These are only approximated days and there is no guarantee that it will arrive on a certain day.
Packages ship out of  the State of Washington.

All Packages are sent with signature conformation insured. It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there will be an adult available to sign for your package. We assume no liability for any packages left at a door, or that have not been signed for by an adult. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and back unless in a result of our fault.

Please Note: For shipping, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: We ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day we ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Can I Ship Parts Of My Order To A Different Address?
Yes. You can select ship items to one address only as the shipping to on the shopping cart page once you are ready to checkout. During the checkout process, you may select a different address to ship 1 only, like your home address or business address. This is only for the 48 contiguous states

How Long Does It Take My Package to Arrive

Return Policy: Please call us first for all returns.
We have a 3 Day return policy of receipt of the shipment delivered to you. Unless an item is not returnable as stated on the product page. 

A return authorization number must be requested within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment and the number will be valid for 5 business days from the date of issue. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and including back to us, unless on a mistake on our part. Repack the product in the original packing materials if you have them. Print on the box the return authorization number we gave you. You will receive a credit to your credit card for the items returned after we receive the item(s) and they have been inspected. We can not give a credit if the merchandise has been used, cut, damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please insure your item(s) in case of lose in shipping back to us.

If you ship an order back to us with out a return authorization number. Your package or package's will not be accepted and refused and sent back to you.

Silk Plants For Out Door Use ( Not Recommended )
Artificial Silks are not designed for outdoor use. All silk are made of fabric materials, such as polyester and plastic and wire, they can be used in covered outdoor areas for some time, but should be moved indoors if you have high winds as this can make the leafs come off. Long term exposure to UV (sun) rays may cause color changing and fading and cause plastic stems to crack. Over time they  will deteriorate outdoors. We can not give a time to how long they will last outdoors due to your weather conditions in your area.

Artificial Silks are not made from real silk. Artificial Silks are made from synthetic fabrics, plastic coated iron wire and are not made of any real silk fabric. Artificial Silks come un-shaped.
