Return Policy: Please call us first for all returns.
We have a 3 Day return policy of receipt of the shipment delivered to
you. Unless an item is not returnable as stated on the product
page.
A return authorization number must be requested within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment and the number will be valid for 5 business
days from the date of issue. Customers are responsible for
all shipping costs to and including back to us, unless on a
mistake on our part. Repack the product in the original packing materials if you have them.
Print on the box the return authorization number we gave you. You will receive a credit to your credit card for the items returned after we receive
the item(s) and they have been inspected. We can
not give a credit if the merchandise has been used, cut, damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Please insure your item(s) in case of lose in shipping back to us.
If you ship an order back to us with out a return authorization number.
Your package or package's will not be accepted and refused and sent back
to you.
