Canada, Will I be charged additional customs, duties, or taxes or any other countries out of the USA?
Orders that are shipped to Canada or outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees, VAT taxes and/or similar fees"). The recipient for Canada orders and other countries; shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches you. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies can change at any time you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please Note: Package out to other countries than the USA or Canada are not returnable.

USA, Canada Orders or other Countries:
Please give 4 to 5 business days from the day after you place your order to ship, give an extra day if your order was placed on a Holiday, Friday or weekend. Canada order can take 5 to 6 business days to ship and other out of Countries. Business days for shipping are Mondays thru Friday. You will receive a conformation of your order by the email address you placed on your order Please check you spam folder. If you did not receive one, please email us and will send to the email address you used on your order. We can not forward to another email address for your protection and privacy. In order to provide our customers with the best pricing, our items are sold in box quantities only for best pricing. If the item title and/or description of the item states 'box' or 'quantity minimum order, then you are obligated to purchase that quantity. You also cannot mix and match colors of the same product codes to equal box or pack quantity.

About Sales Tax:
If your order is placed to go to the States of Nevada or California. Sales tax will be added. If you have a resale tax ID for either state for a business that you are reselling to a client. Than no sales tax will be charged, we will remove the sale tax on your order once we receive the sellers permit. We will need to have a copy of your reseller permit to remove the sales tax from your transaction. If you are a business and use it for your own personal needs and not going to resale it in the states as below. Than sale tax will be added.

Do you offer material or color samples?
Answer: No we do not. We do our best to represent the product by showing a picture of the item you will be receiving. We try our best to accurately display the colors of the silk products shown on our website. However, depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

If you require a sample then you will need to place an order for the quantity on that page and then you may return them if they don't work for your project. This would fall under our return policy.

Orders must go to the physical address. No P. Boxes. If you live in a rural address we can deliver to a USPS address. Must be a Untied State Post Office, not a private P. O. Box. Note: (Billing Fields on check out page) Must have correct billing address for your credit card information. The address that appears on your credit card statement. If not correct this can delay in the shipping of your order.

What our my shipping cost:
Shipping cost are calculated on the state or country it ships to. Please note: For shipping, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We are closed on those days. Example: We ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day we ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date, depends on you shipping area. When you check out you can check you shipping rates on the shopping cart page. Shipping costs vary by weight of package(s), size of boxe(s) state and zip code being sent from our zip code to your zip code and are calculated by the shipping method you choose at check out. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and back unless in a result of our fault. If we offer free shipping, original shipping cost to you will be deducted from the refund. Orders ship with 3 to 4 business days, after you place your order.

Is there a restocking fee:
Yes. If you return the product there is a 15% restock fee. Unless on a mistake on our part. Example, wrong item sent.

Rush Orders:
All rush orders for 1 day or 2nd day shipping are exempt from our regular return policy, and are not returnable Call us at 1-775-751-0409 so we can help you with any rush orders. We ship to rural route addresses to US Post Offices only. We do not ship to Private P.O. Boxes at this time.

Run out of stock after I placed my order online:
Sometimes we can run out of stock of a item due to phone orders and sales placed on the internet or on weekends and holidays. We are closed on all holidays and weekends. Even though you still buy it online. If this happens we will email or call you the same day before 5:00PM PST or the next business day.

If we run out of any item on your order placed on the internet, and is not in stock, we will email you or call you that the item is out of stock. Your credit card will not be charged. If added more than one item and one of the items is out of stock. we can adjust your invoice and remove that item if not in stock and adjust the shipping costs and ship out the rest of your order at your request.

We can not be responsible for returns back to use that are lost due to non-delivery back to us, due to circumstances beyond such as labor and/or maritime strikes, customs delays, acts of God or weather conditions. Please insure your package back to use. This will help if your package is lost or damaged back to us and you can make a claim with that carrier.

Restock Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise. Shipping cost back to us and from us are non-refundable. If you ship an order back to us with out a return authorization number (RMA). Your package or package's will not be accepted and refused and sent back to you. Please do not write on the return box. Please only attach your return label on the box only. Please save the original box(s) we shipped your items in to return back to us. We have a 3 day return policy as to returns after you receive your shipment. Other countries but USA or Canada packages are not returnable.

Canada Orders and Other Countries:
All packages sent to Canada or picked up from any USA State going to Canada have a 15% restocking fee, if returned back to us. Shipping cost back to us and from us are non-refundable. Canada or other countries packages ship usually in 4 to 5 business days after you place your order, give a extra day if your order was placed on a Holiday, Friday or weekend. When we ship your order to Canada or other countries please give up to 4 to 14 business days or longer to receive your package(s). We ship all orders standard ground. Canadian customers and other countries are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses within Canada or any other out of the countries or the USA. These are only approximated days and there is no guarantee that it will arrive on a certain day. We are not responsible for any Customs delays. We are not responsible for collecting taxes and/or duty fees on Canadian orders or out to other countries leaving the USA.

We do send packages to 2nd party companies to be sent to a 2 party shipping company that ship to other foreign Country's. Please check with your carrier as to what is the max box size and weight.
